Before ProBodies Fitness, I was over 200 LBS and over 20% body fat. I was having a hard time getting rid of the excess body fat and I was starting to buy bigger jeans and shirts for the excess Fat I gained. I have been training with Bryan for right at 12 months now and during that time I have lost over 100 pounds! I started working out at a staggering 296lbs. I’m a mother of two little girls I know what it is like to gain a lot during pregnancy and how hard it is to get it off. Both of my pregnancies I gained 60-70 lbs and I weighed a staggering 210lbs.
