We know, after helping hundreds of local residents get in to the best shape ever, there is no “magic pill” or “quick fix” to get permanent results. Running you around a track, giving you crazy fad diets to try, and suggesting diet pills are not the right ways to help you lose weight and will cause the fat to pile on even faster than before once your done with them.
Fact is, resistance training and interval carido burns more calories than slow, long distance cardio and keeps your metabolism burning additional calories for up to 36 hours after your workouts, which helps your body get into shape fast. Our program will help you acheive permanent, long lasting results!
We use our unique 3 in 1 Hot Body Fat Loss System to whip you into shape. Everyday your body will be challenged with a workout that fuses together muscle burning strength sets, sweat pouring cardio intervals, and core conditioning exercises to ensure you are burning fat and toning up from head to toe. We currently have 4 Hot Body Boot Camp locations that you can choose from: Conroe Boot Camp (opens 10/3), Magnolia Boot Camp, The Woodlands / Spring Boot Camp, and Willis Boot Camp. Each location offers several convienent times to accomidate your busy schedule.
To acheive the best results we offfer our indoor boot camps 5 days per week. We do ask, if you can’t make all 5 days, to attend a minimum of 3 days per week in order to get the results you are looking for.
