I have been training with Bryan for right at 12 months now and during that time I have lost over 100 pounds! I started working out at a staggering 296lbs.

Who’d ever thought working out would be fun? I’ve come from a long history of struggling with my weight loss but feel there is hope at the end of the long black tunnel with Hot Body Boot camp.

It’s more than just an exercise regimen. The other women in the class are so much fun to be around, and the friendships that have developed are awesome.

The trainer, Bryan is always motivating us and there for us when we think we can’t push anymore. He always seems to find the right words of encouragement to help us through.

Since I’ve been at Hot Body Boot camp, I’ve lost 8″in my waist and gone down 4 dress sizes and my overall body fat content has also gone down dramatically, putting me just a couple more numbers from my “recommended” height weight ratio.

I’m glad I found Hot Body Boot camp and Bryan to help me attain my ultimate weight loss goal and improve my overall health.

I had been looking for some way to look better and fell better before I turned 60 years young. As you can see by the before picture, I looked like “the turkey” last Thanksgiving.

My knees and back always hurt and I could not even play with my dog, Maggie, because I was always out of breath.

Even though I was a certified exercise instructor, play golf, walk my dog twice a day and I even have a 700 sq ft exercise room with every type of equipment where I worked out faithfully. Plus, my husband & I have always eaten healthy only chicken and fish and I still couldn’t shed those stubborn inches around my hips, waist and especially tummy area.

Then one day my daughter called and ask me to go to Hot Body Boot camp with her, of course, I was always ready to try anything that might help shed those extra inches! Bryan measured us, weighed us put us on an individual diet that would help meet our own personal goal which for me was to get into my designer jeans that were a size 4 without my gut hanging over the edge.

Along with the diet and work outs in 5 weeks I had met my goal and then to maintain along with the workouts he had me keep a food journal to help me control my calorie intake! Its like having my very own personal trainer because he works with me as an individual not as a group because we all have different habits, weakness, strengths and goals! Thanks to Bryan I can wear that two piece bathing suit this summer even at my age!!

For the last several years I realized that Iwas getting fatter, and out of shape. Buying bigger jeans and shirts, was no longer an option. Isaid to myself, its now or never. Putting aside the fear of intimidation, and or failure, I enrolled myself in Willis Boot Camp.

I got a good diet plan, and a steller workout program, 5 days a week. I get great motivation from BRYAN and JORDON, they are great instructors, and are great with people. The people in my class are also great motivators.

I started boot camp June 1 2011 I was 190lbs, 36 waist. Its august 2 2011, 3 months later lost 27lbs now 163lbs and a 32-33 waist in jeans. This program works I feel stronger, and in better shape than I have been in in years.

I would highly recommend this program to everyone who cares about there body, there health, and want to loose fat and get fit. There is one thing you have to do , work hard push yourself, at times, stay focused, motivated, and dont quit on yourself. I could not have done this without the help of BRYAN and JORDON and the people in the class helping me stay focused and motivated. I THANK YOU HOT BODY BOOT CAMP. I still have a lot of hard work ahead of me yet. I want to focus on strength building, upper body, arms core, and abs and to get stronger and better.
